Why was my credit card payment declined?

Smithsonian Earth was unable to process your payment because the card issuer rejected the charge. You may be able to resolve this by updating your credit card on file. 

To update your credit card:

  1. Visit and log in
  2. Open the menu in the upper right corner to navigate to the Account page
  3. Select ‘CREDIT CARD INFO’ under your Subscriber Info
  4. Enter your password and click 'VERIFY'
  5. Update your credit card information and select ‘UPDATE CARD’

If you're still having trouble after updating your information, you may want to reach out to your card issuer or financial institution.
